Our Multislice scanner captures multiple thin cross-sectional images simultaneously, producing high-resolution 3D reconstructions in seconds. This speed is invaluable for emergency situations, cardiac imaging and paediatric scans where movement can compromise image quality.

Our CT facility uses automatic dose modulation (ATCM) to minimise radiation while maintaining diagnostic image quality — a key advantage over older 64-slice or 16-slice machines. All CT scans are supervised by experienced MD radiologists and reports are delivered within 2–4 hours on WhatsApp.

Contrast CT — Important Instructions:
For CT with IV contrast, 4 hours of fasting is required. A kidney function test (serum creatinine) is needed before contrast injection. Diabetic patients on Metformin must stop it 48 hours before and after contrast CT. Please inform our team at the time of booking if you are diabetic or have kidney disease.

Do I need to fast before CT scan?

For non-contrast CT (brain, KUB, HRCT chest), fasting is usually not required. For CT with IV contrast, 4 hours fasting is required. Diabetic patients on Metformin must stop it 48 hours before and after contrast CT. Confirm at time of booking.

Can I get CT scan report same day on WhatsApp?

Yes. Most CT reports are ready within 2–4 hours and sent directly on WhatsApp and email. For urgent cases — stroke, head injury, kidney stones — reports are delivered in 1–2 hours. You do not need to come back to collect the report.

What is the difference between Multislice and 64-slice CT?
